Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Calibre Commodities website, product catalog and request-for-quotation (RFQ) service operated by Calibre Commodities Pvt Ltd (“Calibre”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these Terms.

1. Catalog and indicative pricing

All product specifications, MOQ, lead-time and indicative pricing on this site are for reference only and do not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing, availability, lead time and incoterms are confirmed in writing on a per-order quotation issued by a Calibre desk.

2. Request for quotation

Submitting an RFQ is an invitation to negotiate, not the formation of a contract. Calibre may decline, modify or withdraw any RFQ at its sole discretion. A binding contract arises only on counter-signed commercial confirmation between Calibre and the buyer.

3. Standards, certificates and inspection

Where Calibre references third-party standards (IS, ASTM, JIS, EN, ISO), mill test certificates (MTCs) or third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek), the underlying compliance is the responsibility of the issuing mill or inspection agency. Calibre passes through original documentation; we do not certify conformity ourselves.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including imagery, copy, design, structured data and downloadable documents — is owned by Calibre or its licensors and may not be reproduced or commercially redistributed without written permission.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Calibre's liability arising from use of this website is limited to the value of the order placed (if any). Indirect, consequential and punitive losses are excluded.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
